However, specific interests include substance use disorders (opioids, alcohol, etc.), chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.), and minor procedures (excisional/shave/punch biopsies, skin tag removal, cyst excision, cryotherapy/liquid nitrogen, knee joint steroid injections, toenail resections)
Not accepting new patients — if you are in need of a family doctor you must sign up for the Need A Family Practice registry.

If you are interested in pursuing a vasectomy under the care of Dr. C. Creene, a consultation referral from a healthcare professional is required. If you do not have a primary care provider, you can request a referral through VirtualCareNS. Referrals can either be sent via the Ocean eReferral network or faxed directly to (902) 482-6019.
Direction 180 is a non-profit community-based opioid treatment program based on the principles of harm reduction in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
